Dorian has worked in construction since his youth, but has been focused on customer service as the main offering Thompson Construction provides.

Dorian leads the team and is responsible for developing and coordinating each project at Thompson Construction, listening to customers to determine budgets, timelines and quality standards that exceed expectations. “The most rewarding part of my job is seeing my customers love their home,” says Dorian.

He and his wife Lindsay - along with their seven children - reside in Independence, MN.
